Dr. Evi Meier

Dr. Evi Meier is Head of Operations and Scientific Team Lead at Plectonic Biotech, where she drives both operational excellence and scientific innovation. Since the company’s founding in 2022, she has played a key role in fostering a strong, motivated team and establishing efficient processes to support Plectonic’s growth in DNA-based therapeutics. She leads the Protein-DNA Conjugation team, ensuring the development and execution of key scientific processes. Evi holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and brings significant expertise in scientific research, leadership, and strategic alignment.
